Required Skills & Qualifications :
B.Com. (Completed , *Fresher* )
Strong proficiency in *MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.*
*High attention to detail and strong organisational habits*.
*Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments*.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with *accuracy and discipline.*
Age : 21 years or Above
Documents : *2 Wheelers license mandatory*
Position Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined *Clerk* to support our administrative and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational skills, accurate documentation habits, and a dependable work ethic to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle routine administrative tasks including filing, data entry, record management, and documentation updates*.
*Maintain and organise physical and digital files for seamless accessibility*.
*Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and internal communication documents*.
Coordinate with the HR, Finance, and Workshop departments for *daily documentation requirements*.
Manage *custom paperwork*, and *service-related administrative forms*.
Support *inventory documentation, invoices, vendor forms, and bill processing*.
Ensure *timely updates in company systems, registers, and tracking sheets*.
*Attend calls, route information, and support front-desk tasks when required*.
*Maintain confidentiality of all company records* and customer information.
*Uphold accuracy, discipline, and timelinevbss* in all assigned tasks.
Preferred Attributes:
*Familiarity with document control or record-keeping processes*.
*Quick learner with a responsible and punctual approach*.
*Ability to multitask while maintaining consistency and precision*.
*Knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage*
