Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating their skills and expertise in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user experience across our digital products, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and meet the needs of our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project coordinator, developers, and designers, to understand project requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX designs.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform the design process, ensuring that user needs and preferences are considered.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using industry-standard design tools, considering usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Develop user flows, navigation systems, and interaction models that facilitate a seamless user experience.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and market trends, and ensure timely delivery of design assets to development teams.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
• Maintain a consistent design language and UI/UX standards across multiple platforms and products.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply them to improve the overall user experience.

Qualifications

• Master's in Design in UI-UX.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, including user-centered design principles, visual design skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) or Sketch, as well as prototyping tools like InVision or Figma.
• Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and ability to create designs optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions effectively.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
