ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

A seasoned Technical Lead with strong experience in PHP-based frameworks (Pimcore). The ideal candidate should be capable of driving end-to-end solution delivery — from architecture and POC to deployment — while leading development teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade web and e-commerce solutions using Pimcore and related frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Product, Operations, QA, and DevOps — to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and maintain version control best practices using Git.
  • Define and execute release management, monitoring, and deployment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with ERP, CRM, and PIM systems.
  • Work with modern architectures such as microservices, MVC, and SOLID principles.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to developers and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Coordinate with product owners and feature refinement teams for story grooming, estimation, and sprint planning.
  • Support production environments through monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Elastic OpenSearch.

  • Programming Languages: PHP, TypeScript, GoLang, ReactJS
  • Frameworks / Platforms: Pimcore 10, Symfony, Spryker SCOS, ExpressJS, Gin (GoLang), Harness (GoLang)
  • Architecture: Microservices, MVC, TOGAF(Good to have)
  • Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, Jenkins, Spinnaker, Git
  • Databases: MySQL, Redis (caching)
  • Messaging & APIs: RabbitMQ, REST, OAuth, JWT
  • Monitoring: Dynatrace, Elastic OpenSearch
  • Security: SSL, OAuth, JWT
