Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns for finance sector clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business and finance journalists.
  • Draft press releases, bylines, and media pitches tailored to the financial industry.
  • Organize press conferences, interviews, and media events.
  • Manage crisis communication, reputation management, and messaging alignment.
  • Track, monitor, and report media coverage and campaign performance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • 1-6 years of experience in a PR agency, preferably handling finance, stock broking, or insurance sector clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing strategic PR campaigns.
  • Strong media relations with business and financial publications.
  • Proficiency in press releases, media pitches, bylines, and other PR content.
  • Understanding of financial terminology and BFSI sector trends.
  • Experience in crisis communication, reputation management, and messaging alignment.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts, meet deadlines, and coordinate campaigns.
  • Skilled in tracking media coverage, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced agency environment.
