Position: Social Media Executive (Female)

We are hiring a female Social Media Executive who is confident on camera, fluent in English, and capable of creating engaging visual content for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic, and able to manage end-to-end social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and shoot engaging video and photo content for social media (Reels, Stories, Posts).
  • Confidently appear on camera for branded content and informational videos.
  • Manage and handle company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop monthly content calendars and ensure timely posting.
  • Write clear, engaging captions and scripts in proper English.
  • Edit videos and photos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar apps.
  • Monitor page performance, engagement, and reach to improve page visibility.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
  • Maintain brand guidelines across all digital platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Female candidates only (Mandatory).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Confident in front of the camera and able to create video content independently.
  • Knowledge of video/photo editing tools (mobile or desktop).
  • Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn features and audience behavior.
  • Ability to plan and execute monthly content calendars.
  • Creative, proactive, and strong attention to detail.

Education & Experience

  • Education: Graduate in any field (Mass Communication, Media Studies, or Marketing preferred but not required).
  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Social Media, Content Creation, or similar roles.
  • Immediate Joiner Required
  • Candidate should be from Delhi or Noida Location Only.

Salary

  • ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
