Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Design / Project Architect located in Goa, India. The role involves leading the conceptual and schematic design phases, managing project timelines, and ensuring that designs align with client needs and regulatory requirements. The Project Architect will oversee the preparation of submittals, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and utilize Building Information Modeling for efficient project delivery. Additionally, responsibilities include ensuring projects meet Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design standards and providing leadership throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Architecture and Project Management
  • Proficient in preparing Submittals for regulatory compliance
  • Knowledge of Building Information Modeling ( revit )
  • Experience with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design standards
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Prior experience in an architectural firm is highly desirable
