Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly primary and secondary sales targets.
- Appoint, manage, and develop distributors and their sales teams.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across all key outlets.
- Plan and execute sales promotion and trade marketing activities.
- Monitor and control credit, claims, and stock movement at distributor points.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct market visits regularly to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts.
- Coordinate with supply chain, accounts, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in FMCG sales (General Trade)
- Experience in managing distributors and handling field sales operations.
