Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly primary and secondary sales targets.
  • Appoint, manage, and develop distributors and their sales teams.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility across all key outlets.
  • Plan and execute sales promotion and trade marketing activities.
  • Monitor and control credit, claims, and stock movement at distributor points.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct market visits regularly to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, accounts, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
  • 3–8 years of experience in FMCG sales (General Trade)
  • Experience in managing distributors and handling field sales operations.
