We are looking for a talented WordPress Developer with 13 years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining responsive WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, theme customization, and plugin integration to deliver high-quality, user-friendly digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, templates).
  • Convert Figma / PSD / HTML designs into responsive WordPress themes.
  • Implement new features and functionalities based on project requirements.
  • Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and security of all websites.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues, errors, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and tools.
  • Collaborate with designers, content teams, and backend developers.
  • Maintain proper version control using Git and follow coding best practices.
  • Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL.
  • Hands-on experience with custom theme and plugin development.
  • Understanding of WordPress hooks, filters, and REST API.
  • Familiarity with Elementor, WPBakery, ACF, or similar page builders.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization, CI/CD pipelines and WordPress security hardening.
  • Experience with Git, cPanel, or hosting management.
