Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to design and build scalable backend applications. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

  • Design and implement microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.

  • Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.

  • Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best practices.

  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Java backend development.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

  • Proficient in REST APIs, JSON, and backend integration patterns.

  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).

  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

  • Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

  • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like JUnit or Mockito.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
