We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Application Engineer ( Deployment & Support ) to join our team. This role involves building, deploying, testing, and supporting our application across customer environments. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in C++ and basic database knowledge, along with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Debug and troubleshoot issues in our C++ application.
  • Manage cross-platform deployments (Windows/Linux).
  • Perform data handling tasks involving Excel sheets integrated with the application.
  • Conduct functional testing and create structured reports based on test results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deployment readiness.
  • Travel to customer locations to deploy and support the application on-site.
  • Maintain and manage code versions using Git.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in debugging and working with C/C++ code.
  • Basic working knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
  • Experience with Git version control.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to client sites for on-premise deployment and support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

  • Experience with the Qt framework for UI and application development.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or application support.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks.
  • Experience in writing user guides or technical documentation.
