About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Doctor (MBBS/MD) with 2 - 5 years of clinical experience to work part time (9am to 2pm) (Mon - Sat) independently manage and operate a fully equipped healthcare facility in Cubbonpet, Bangalore. The clinic is well-established and comes with a complete setup, including:
- On-site Laboratory
- Fully stocked Pharmacy
- Day-use beds for observation and treatment
- Nursing and support staff
Role & Responsibilities:
Independently handle day-to-day clinical operations and patient consultations.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of medical conditions.
- Oversee and coordinate with lab, pharmacy, and nursing staff.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and ethical medical practices.
- Provide basic emergency care and manage short-term admissions in day-use beds.
- Build long-term patient relationships in the community.
Requirements:
MBBS degree (MD/General Medicine preferred).
- Valid medical registration/license in Karnataka.
- 2-5 years of clinical practice experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team.
