Job Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Reception Duties

  • Manage front desk operations with a professional and welcoming attitude.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls effectively.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.

Back Office & Administrative Support

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff.
  • Perform data entry, record maintenance, and documentation work.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and basic office communication.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
  • Provide overall administrative support as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Any Graduate with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.
  • Presentable, confident, and polite in dealing with visitors and calls.
  • Ability to multitask and handle front office and admin duties efficiently.
