Job Summary:

We are hiring a Secretary cum Receptionist who can manage front desk duties and assist the MD/CEO, including during official outstation visits. The candidate must have good communication, a pleasant personality, and multi-lingual abilities. This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative, marketing, and basic accounting knowledge looking for a long-term role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist MD/CEO during official travel
  • Manage appointments, schedules, and maintain meeting minutes
  • Handle reception/front desk operations
  • Communicate with clients/customers professionally
  • Perform basic accounting tasks, including GST & ITR filing
  • Use MS Office tools efficiently (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Additional tasks in marketing and client coordination
  • (Optional but preferred) Help with web designing/hosting

Required Skills:

  • Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi (spoken & written)
  • Good communication & marketing skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Accounting, GST, and ITR filing
  • Presentable and professional with a loyal and trustworthy attitude
  • Willing to travel outstation with the MD/CEO when required
  • Knowledge of web designing/web hosting is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

  • ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
