Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Developer with hands-on expertise in customizing, implementing, and maintaining ERPNext modules. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of ERP workflows, strong programming skills in Python and Frappe Framework, and the ability to collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver efficient ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize ERPNext modules as per business requirements.

Create and modify DocTypes, Workflows, Reports, and Dashboards within ERPNext.

Develop and maintain custom scripts, APIs, and backend logic using Python and JavaScript.

Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and services as needed.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and support.

Perform system testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to end-users.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth ERPNext implementation and maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ERPNext and Frappe Framework.

Strong programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, and Jinja templates.

Experience in custom app development within ERPNext.

Good understanding of MySQL/MariaDB and database schema design.

Knowledge of REST APIs, server management, and version control (Git).

Familiarity with ERP functional modules (Accounts, HR, Sales, Inventory, Projects, CRM, etc.).

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Good to Have (Optional):

Experience in Frappe Cloud or self-hosted ERPNext deployments.

Understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of Docker or Linux-based environments.

Contribution to the Frappe/ERPNext open-source community.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
