Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements - BRD, FRD, Technical Documentation.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement - , Figma, MSVisio, Balsamiq (or related Tools).
- Document detailed business requirements, use cases, and process models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and report findings to management.
- Support change management and training efforts as new solutions are implemented.
