Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement corporate fundraising strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, approach, and secure funding from corporates, HNIs, and industry leaders.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, foundations, and business associations.
  • Negotiate and close sponsorships, strategic alliances, and partnership deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, events, operations) to align fundraising campaigns with company goals.
  • Research industry trends and identify new business opportunities in CSR, employee engagement, and cause-marketing.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and reports for corporate partners.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with all corporate fundraising agreements.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular fundraising progress reports to management.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven fundraising, business development, or corporate partnership experience (corporate sector only).
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue/fundraising targets.
  • Familiarity with CSR activities, corporate sponsorships, and partnership models.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹30, ₹64,680.53 per month
