Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Technical Product Manager. The role involves leading product definition and strategy, collaborating with engineering and design teams, and driving the end-to-end product lifecycle. Responsibilities include prioritizing features, managing program execution, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring the delivery/adoption of high-impact technical solutions that align with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Product Management and Product Management experience
  • Proficiency in Product Strategy and Analytical Skills
  • Proven ability in Program Management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Experience working in the CRM products like Zendesk is preferred.
