Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hydrogenator Operator located in Bengaluru. The Hydrogenator Operator will be responsible for overseeing hydrogenation processes, ensuring the operation of equipment within safety guidelines, handling huge volume of catalyst and Hydrogen, monitoring process parameters, and maintaining process records. The role involves coordinating with team members for efficient workflow, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to regulatory and compliance standards. Routine maintenance and calibration of equipment are also part of the job responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in operating and maintaining hydrogenation equipment and systems with catalyst handling
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards in chemical processing
- Skills in troubleshooting and solving technical issues
- Ability to maintain accurate process records and documentation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of chemical engineering principles and practices
- Experience in a similar role within the life sciences or chemical industry is beneficial
- A diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering/ Bachelor in chemistry.
