.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with daily risk assessments and reviews, ensuring compliance with internal standards and applicable laws/regulations
  • Participate in RBI reporting, inspections, and adhoc data assembly for submissions to regulators
  • Contribute to internal control documentation, including followup on remediation items
  • Develop or update operational risk documentation (RCSA, risk registers, policies, process maps)
  • Support the tracking and analysis of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), loss events, and root cause analysis
  • Liaise with various business units and stakeholders to track risk mitigations and ensure timely resolution of issues.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  1. Minimum Qualification: MBA (preferably with Finance/Risk focus)
  2. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize large datasets.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Exposure to real-world operational risk practices including controls testing, and compliance reporting.
  • Hands-on experience preparing risk documentation and control self-assessments, assisting in audits, and managing remediation tracking.
