Job Description:

Nirman Designs is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Drafting Head to lead our drafting team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in architectural/interior detailing and the ability to lead, manage, and coordinate multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the drafting team for all ongoing projects

* Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD / Revit / SketchUp

* Review and verify drawings for accuracy and adherence to design intent

* Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure timely output

* Maintain drawing documentation and standards across projects

* Mentor junior drafters and ensure skill development

* Liaise with site teams and consultants when required

Requirements:

* Degree/Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Interior Design

* Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural/interior drafting

* Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp; knowledge of BIM is a plus

* Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
