Pune (Hybrid: 3 Days Office / 2 Days Remote)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to shape and amplify Sigma Solve's brand voice across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram. This role is focused on driving measurable business impact and brand visibility within enterprise audiences — without sounding like a traditional IT vendor.

You'll be responsible for building a strategic content presence, managing cross-platform engagement, and aligning our social storytelling with revenue and talent growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the content calendar across all social media platforms.
  • Repurpose case studies, webinars, and partner wins into engaging posts, carousels, and short videos.
  • Launch and manage employee advocacy initiatives to boost brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the ABM (Account-Based Marketing) team for event promotion and account-level campaigns.
  • Run light paid social experiments (retargeting, follower growth, and offer promotions).
  • Track and report meaningful engagement metrics — including quality interactions, demo/RFP assists, and employer brand performance.

Success Metrics (First 90 Days):

  • Maintain a consistent posting cadence (3–4 posts per week per platform).
  • Drive visibility of social-assisted pipeline metrics in RevOps dashboards.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience in B2B social media management, with strong focus on LinkedIn for enterprise audiences.
  • Proven editorial and storytelling ability, with a knack for video and short-form content.
  • Hands-on experience with social media analytics and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency with basic video editing or creative tools.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and RevOps.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with US audience tone and time-zone posting discipline.
