We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Trainee/Executive). In this role, you will collaborate with our creative team to design and deliver visual content for digital platforms, print materials, and marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can translate ideas into visually appealing designs while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.

This position is ideal for candidates who have 6 months to 1 year of design experience and are eager to expand their skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visual content for social media, websites, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with brand guidelines.
  • Create drafts, prototypes, and final deliverables based on project requirements and feedback.
  • Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and maintain brand integrity.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Support the team with additional design needs across campaigns and day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in graphic design or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to take feedback, revise designs, and work within deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design work (academic, freelance, or professional).
  • Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
