Managar- Placements

Key Responsibilities

• Drive placement initiatives for PGDM students, ensuring strong corporate engagement and opportunities.
• Build and strengthen industry partnerships across sectors for campus recruitment.

• Organize placement drives, industry talks, internships, and recruitment programs.

• Mentor and prepare students to meet corporate expectations in terms of skills and employability.

• Collaborate with faculty and management for industry-aligned initiatives.
• Maintain and report placement statistics, analytics, and corporate engagement activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Manager: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in corporate relations/placements with reputed universities/institutes.

• Sr. Manager: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a strong track record in placements and corporate engagement.

• Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
