Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Executive to join our team at Policy Ghar. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling health or life insurance policies, with strong communication and relationship-building skills to help clients choose the best coverage options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospective customers and generate leads for health and life insurance policies.
  • Explain policy details, benefits, and terms to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term association.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Provide post-sales support and assist customers with claim processes when needed.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor products to offer the best solutions.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 6 month - 1 year of experience in insurance sales (health or life insurance preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
