Overview

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Video Editor who can bring Flash AI's story to life across TikTok, Instagram, and other social-first platforms. This role will work closely with the Social Media Manager and influencer network to craft viral, short-form, and high-impact content that builds Flash AI into a recognizable shopping brand worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Creation & Editing: Turn raw footage (from influencers, creators, and in-house shoots) into compelling, platform-native videos optimized for TikTok & Instagram Reels.
  • Trend Spotting & Adaptation: Quickly edit and publish content aligned with trending audios, formats, and memes.
  • Content Experimentation: Produce multiple variations of content for A/B testing to maximize engagement.
  • Brand Voice in Motion: Ensure all videos reflect Flash AI's visual identity and storytelling style while keeping content fun, relatable, and viral.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the Social Media Manager to brainstorm campaign ideas, refine creative directions, and support influencer UGC edits.
  • Speed & Agility: Deliver edits fast without compromising on quality, enabling Flash AI to hijack real-time trends.
  • Performance Insight: Work with the growth & analytics team to understand which edits, formats, and hooks drive higher engagement and iterate accordingly.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of professional video editing experience, preferably in consumer tech, D2C, lifestyle, or beauty brands.
  • Mastery of editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, and effects that boost social-first storytelling.
  • Ability to craft short, engaging hooks within the first 3 seconds of content.
  • Comfort working with UGC-style footage and refining creator submissions for consistency.
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling & pacing for short-form content.

PS: Prior work with AI, consumer apps, or influencer-driven campaigns.
