Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Business Development Executive for our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, generating leads, and promoting residential flats/projects over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
● Call prospective customers and explain project details.
● Generate leads and schedule site visits.
● Maintain customer databases and follow up regularly.
● Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
● Building strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
● Maintaining sales relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Preferred Skills:
· 6 months to 1 year of tele-calling / telesales/BD experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
· Strong communication and convincing skills.
· Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
· Confident personality with a passion for sales Strong interpersonal and convincing skills Willingness to learn and grow in a performance-driven environment
· Experience in real estate sales is preferred
Educational Qualification:
· Graduate in any stream

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
