Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid background in digital marketing, who can drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across all digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, managing online content, and optimizing digital performance through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, online presence, and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize company websites, including SEO, UX, and content updates.
  • Oversee and execute PPC campaigns, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media strategies.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and blogs to drive engagement.
  • Monitor performance metrics across all channels using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and make strategic recommendations based on data insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital marketing or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), CRM systems, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
