Position: Resource Manager – OHC Operations
Location: Delhi/Gurgaon
Department: Operations/Healthcare Services
Prior experience managing field operations with frequent travel is highly desirable.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic professional who can build and maintain strong connects with MBBS doctors, AFIH-certified professionals, nurses, and ambulance vendors while also managing the day-to-day functioning of Occupational Health Centres (OHCs). This role requires excellent people management, vendor coordination, and operational oversight skills to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resource & Vendor Management
Establish and maintain strong networks with MBBS doctors, AFIH professionals, nurses, paramedics, and ambulance vendors.
Empanel, negotiate, and onboard healthcare professionals and service vendors as per client/OHC requirements.
Ensure adequate staffing levels at OHCs through proactive resource planning.
- OHC Operations Management
Oversee the functioning of all hired healthcare resources deployed at OHCs.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance of OHC staff.
Ensure compliance with health & safety protocols, clinical guidelines, and client expectations.
- Attendance, Billing & Documentation
Maintain accurate attendance records of deployed resources.
Coordinate with finance teams for timely billing, invoice validation, and vendor payouts.
Ensure documentation and record-keeping (attendance sheets, shift rosters, compliance reports).
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a point of contact for client requirements and escalations related to OHC operations.
Share periodic MIS/reports on manpower utilization, service delivery, and operational performance.
- Process Excellence & Compliance
Ensure OHCs are audit-ready at all times.
Drive adherence to statutory and regulatory compliances in occupational health.
Identify gaps in service delivery and implement process improvements.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong network with healthcare professionals (Doctors, AFIH, Nurses, Paramedics, Ambulance providers).
Excellent people management and vendor management skills.
Strong organizational and documentation skills (attendance, billing, reporting).
Ability to handle operations across multiple sites.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety guidelines preferred.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Healthcare, Hospital Management, or related fields).
4–8 years of experience in healthcare operations, vendor management, or OHC/clinic management.
Experience in managing healthcare resources and vendors is mandatory.
