Designation: Senior Software Engineer

Reports to: Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

• 5 to 8 years' experience in Duck Creek Policy Admin System on P&C / Commercial/ Specialty Insurance

• Leads a QA team responsible for ensuring the quality of system configurations against product requirements 

• Analyzes new requirements and uses cases to develop test approach and deliverables

• Experience on other automation tools like Selenium/QTP, Java Scripting, Java, C# and Cucumber (Gherkin language)

• Develops, maintains and executes automated testing scripts using several automation frameworks 

• Develops, updates, and maintain testing standards and procedures 

• Develops test coverage approach and maintains test plan in test management tool 

• Reports test-planning and test-execution progress, defect tracking, sprint and release level quality and risk status 

• Leads the release management and quality process to validate that solutions meet business requirements 

• Conducts root cause analysis, triages and validates fixes

Education and Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant field

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in automation with Duck Creek.
