Work you'll do

As a Zuora Consultant, you'll work within an engagement team and be responsible to:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Zuora Billing solutions to meet the organization's billing and revenue recognition needs.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, sales, and operations, to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into effective Zuora configurations.
• Configure and customize the Zuora platform to support complex billing scenarios, pricing models, and subscription plans.
• Manage and maintain the Zuora billing system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any billing-related issues or discrepancies, working closely with technical teams as needed.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and Zuora product updates to recommend and implement process improvements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use the Zuora Billing system.
• Participate in cross-functional projects related to billing, revenue recognition, and process optimization.

Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:

• Sales Excellence & Service Excellence | delivers sales and service strategies and plans, operating model definition, incentive design and implementation, and operations support for digitally-enabled sales, channel, and customer service capabilities
• Digital Experience | creates engaging omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video
• Flexible Consumption | the commercial strategy, operating model definition, and capability delivery of subscription/flexible consumption business models
• Digital Foundry | a flexible, end-to-end delivery model emphasizing innovation and disruption
• DigitalMix | an integrated set of platforms to enable business re-platforming

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

• Should have 6+ years of experience in Zuora Billing.
• Should be able to translate business problems into solution leveraging the out of the box configuration capabilities of Zuora as well as technical solution based on Zuora APIs, data exports and advanced configuration.
• Should have strong knowledge of Zuora Workflows.
• Should be expert in Zuora Product Catalog, Bill Runs, Payment Runs concepts.
• Should know how to build Invoice Templates, Email templates and Communication Profiles.
• Should know Subscription management via amendments, renewals etc.
• Should know about Zuora Salesforce packages and how to configure those.
• Should have knowledge of Zuora REST APIs and Call Outs.
• Should know how to set up roles and permissions in Zuora.
• Should know Zuora reporting module
• Should we aware of Zuora object model.
• Should be able to provide technical expertise in integrating Zuora with other applications.
• Should be able to train other resources in Zuora
• Salesforce basic knowledge/experience is preferable.
• CPQ experience is preferable.
• Zuora Revenue Recognition is preferable.

Preferred:

• Should we aware of Zuora object model.
