Job description-
Roles & Responsibilities-
1) Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate services, discuss their requirements, and generate interest in our properties and listings.
2) Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing their inquiries, and offering assistance with property-related queries.
3) Script Customization: Memorize scripts provided by the company and customize them as per the situation and client needs during tele calling sessions to ensure effective communication and engagement.
4) Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of conversations, client details, and
follow-up actions in CRM software or designated systems. Prepare reports based on tele calling interactions and observations for reporting to the team lead.
5) Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to organizational guidelines, methodologies and ethical standards while conducting tele calling activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
6) Sales Generation: Utilize persuasive communication skills and effective sales techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities. Close sales through the right negotiation strategies and follow-up actions.
