1. Store Design & Retail Concept Development

  • Conceptualize and finalize store layouts, furniture design, lighting, signage, and color schemes as per brand guidelines.
  • Create 2D/3D design drafts using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising and branding teams to ensure cohesive design language.

2. Project Planning & Execution

  • Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure execution as per approved drawings.
  • Monitor site progress, conduct quality checks, and ensure timely completion of projects.

3. Vendor & Material Management

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors for sourcing furniture, lighting, fixtures, HVAC, tiles, etc.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of materials as per specifications.
  • Validate and approve vendor bills and supervise material inventory using MB Sheets.

4. Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Conduct cost estimation and analysis to optimize spend while maintaining quality.
  • Evaluate ROI of store design and project investments.

5. Maintenance & Facility Oversight

  • Oversee maintenance activities for existing stores including repairs, replacements, and upkeep.
  • Coordinate with facility teams to ensure a safe, clean, and visually appealing retail environment.
