Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Srinagar for a Life Mitra at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. The Life Mitra will be responsible for acquiring new clients, offering appropriate insurance products to meet their needs, and providing excellent after-sales service. The role involves conducting regular follow-ups, fostering relationships with clients, and ensuring smooth policy issuance and renewal processes. The Life Mitra will also participate in promotional activities and campaigns to increase market presence and assist in achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions
• Strong sales and customer service orientation
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for sales and service processes
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
