Oracle Finance Functional Intern

Location: Langley, British Columbia, Canada

Work Model: Onsite, 5 days per week at the Calfus Langley office

We're looking for a motivated Oracle Finance Functional Intern to support our ERP implementation and finance transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience with Oracle Financials and enterprise business processes while working closely with global teams.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in implementing Oracle Financials to support business requirements and industry standards

  • Help prepare solution designs, configuration documents, test scripts, and other project materials

  • Support daily application maintenance, troubleshooting, and user training

  • Participate in upgrade testing, data validation, and data migration activities

  • Contribute to project reporting, including weekly status updates

  • Collaborate with consultants and development teams across finance and supply chain workstreams

  • Learn and support adjacent modules as needed (Procurement, Inventory, Projects, etc.)

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting principles

  • 0–3 years of experience with Oracle Financials modules (Payables, Receivables, GL, Fixed Assets)

  • Eagerness to learn related supply chain modules

  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative attitude

  • Interest in improving and documenting business processes

  • Ability to work flexible hours to support global teams, including occasional late-evening meetings

  • Bachelor's degree with a finance specialization required

  • Certifications in Finance or ERP systems are a plus, but not required

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured implementation methodology
