  • Physically receive materials and enter them into the system on the same day.

  • Establish proper storage for materials and label them appropriately.

  • Issue materials based on priority and keep a record of these transactions.

  • Maintain 5S practices and ensure a visual workplace in storage areas.

  • Prepare a list of non-moving and slow-moving items.

  • Conduct monthly, half-yearly, and annual inventory checks and generate reports.

  • Send documents to the accounts department for payment processing.

  • Ensure safe handling of materials.

  • Protect employees by providing a safe and clean storage environment.

  • Fill in for absent staff as needed.

  • Report to the supervisor.

  • Complete any additional tasks assigned by top management.
