Description: We're seeking an experienced AI Engineer to lead the development and launch of cutting-edge AI-powered products. Key Responsibilities:1. Product Vision: Define and execute AI product strategies, aligning with business goals and customer needs.2. Market Research: Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.3. Product Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine AI-powered products.4. Data Strategy: Work with data scientists to develop data pipelines, annotate data, and ensure high-quality data for model training.5. Model Evaluation: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI model performance, ensuring accuracy and reliability.6. Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and investors.7. Launch Planning: Develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and marketing campaigns.

Required Skills:

1. AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.2. Product Management: Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successful product launches.3. Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.4. Data-Driven: Ability to work with data scientists and engineers to drive product decisions.5. Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:1. Technical Background: Experience with programming languages, such as Python or R.2. Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.3. AI Ethics: Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.

Education and Experience:1. Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.2. Experience: 5 -10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI/ML products.
