Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida Sector 58 for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote and sell loan products. They will handle customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and ensure outstanding customer service. Daily tasks include maintaining customer records, meeting sales targets, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to devise effective strategies.
Qualifications
- Good Communication and Customer Service skills
- Customer Support and Sales experience
- Ability to meet sales targets and provide training
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Knowladge in Excel and write Mails
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
