Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nanded for a Foundation Faculty – Science. The Foundation Faculty will be responsible for teaching science subjects to students from grades VIII to X. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and delivering lectures, designing and grading assessments, providing academic support, and participating in faculty meetings and professional development activities. The faculty member will also be involved in curriculum development and ensuring that students are well-prepared for foundation and entrance exams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in science subjects relevant to grades VIII to X
• Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning
• Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience with evaluating and assessing student progress
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital platforms
• Ability to motivate and mentor students
• Relevant teaching qualifications and experience in a similar role
• Advanced knowledge in specific subjects or a master's degree in education is a plus
