Role Overview

As a Telecaller at Metta Matchmaking, you will be responsible for interacting with prospective customers, explaining our matchmaking services, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the onboarding process. You will act as the voice of our brand, ensuring a positive and trustworthy experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
• Explain Metta Matchmaking's services clearly and confidently.
• Understand customer preferences, background, and requirements.
• Fix appointments with Relationship Managers or handle initial consultations.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Build rapport and create a warm, trusting conversation environment.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines while keeping interactions natural.
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
• Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is a plus.
• Strong listening skills and empathy to understand customer needs.
• Persuasive, confident, and comfortable speaking over the phone.
• Basic computer skills (CRM usage experience preferred).
• Ability to work under targets while maintaining quality conversations.
• Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.
