We are looking for a persuasive and energetic Telecaller to join our immigration team. The role involves contacting potential clients, explaining immigration services, and scheduling consultations with counselors. You will be the first point of contact and play a key role in generating leads and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
  • Explain immigration services and assess basic eligibility.
  • Schedule appointments for counselors and follow up as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client details.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of immigration processes is a plus.
  • Confident, proactive, and target-driven.
