Job Description :
- Quality Assurance – germination / ODV
- Follow up on action items on behalf of the leadership team
- Manage data dashboards, business trackers, and performance metrics
- Support strategic planning processes and business reviews
- Knowledge of multiple crops – veg / paddy / mustard / etc.
- Preventive maintenance / Autonomous maintenance
- Inventory management incl CFAs
- Preventive maintenance / Autonomous maintenance
- Cost of plant set up – how to decide whether to go for own set up or third party?
- Act as an execution support partner to senior leadership for day-to-day priorities
Skills Set :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Measures for cost reduction
- Good understanding of agri input business dynamics
- Ability to coordinate across functions and drive timely follow-ups
