Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain hospital IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, servers, and hardware.
  • Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hospital Management Software and related applications.
  • Coordinate with software vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth software functioning.
  • Provide technical support to doctors, nurses, billing teams, and administrative staff.
  • Ensure data security, backup management, and compliance with healthcare IT standards.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage IT assets, licensing, and documentation.
  • Lead IT-related projects, upgrades, system integrations, and digital initiatives within the hospital.
  • Train staff on the effective usage of hospital systems and tools.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Mandatory 2–5 years of experience in a hospital environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • Hospital Management Systems (HMS)
  • EMR/EHR
  • LIS/LIMS
  • PACS/RIS
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, networks, and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹16, ₹33,752.70 per month
