Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Software Engineer
to be part of our dynamic technology team. In this role, you'll architect, design, and develop cutting-edge software solutions that empower global businesses to innovate faster and smarter.

You'll be deeply involved in
end-to-end project execution
—from concept and design to development, testing, deployment, and performance optimization. You'll also mentor junior developers and collaborate closely with
AI engineers, UX designers, DevOps specialists, and project managers

Key Responsibilities
Technical Design & Development

• Lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable, and secure web and mobile applications.
• Architect modular, reusable, and maintainable code using modern design patterns.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions aligned with system architecture.
• Integrate AI/ML and data-driven functionalities where applicable to enhance user experience.

Project Leadership

• Take ownership of product modules and drive the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product delivery aligns with client expectations and timelines.
• Identify technical risks and propose practical solutions to mitigate them early in the development cycle.
• Participate in sprint planning, story estimation, and backlog management.

Code Quality & Optimization

• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain high standards of quality.
• Optimize application performance for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Implement test-driven development (TDD) principles, automated testing, and continuous integration.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure smooth releases and minimize post-deployment issues.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

• Act as a mentor and technical guide to junior engineers and interns.
• Share knowledge of new technologies, frameworks, and tools through internal tech talks or workshops.
• Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and accountability within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of
  5+ years of professional software development experience
