Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Mortgage Broker Support Officer to join our team. This role will be responsible for handling sensitive financial data, accurately entering and managing client information within our loan processing platform, and ensuring all records are up to date and compliant.

Key Responsibilities


• Collect, verify, and process client financial documents including income statements, bank statements, and tax returns.


• Accurately enter and maintain client and loan application data in the CRM and loan processing platforms.


• Liaise with mortgage brokers to ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant.


• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.


• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and financial information at all times.


• Provide administrative support to the mortgage broking team as needed.

Skills & Experience


• Previous experience in mortgage broking, banking, finance, or data entry roles (preferred but not essential).


• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Proficiency in using computer systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Understanding of financial documents and loan application processes is an advantage.
