Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to elderly patients, including monitoring health conditions, administering medications, and conducting regular health assessments.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support.
- Collaborate with doctors, caregivers, and families to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Monitor, record, and update vital signs, medical histories, and treatment progress.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe environment, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering trust and comfort.
- Educate and guide family members on disease management and caregiving techniques.
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc. Nursing or Diploma in Nursing.
- Prior experience in geriatrics, senior care, or long-term healthcare facilities preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification with a valid nursing license.
- Strong clinical knowledge, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, empathetic, and committed to providing quality elderly care.
