Job Summary

The IT Program Manager will oversee and coordinate multiple technology projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver value to the organization. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving program governance, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery of IT initiatives such as infrastructure upgrades, application development, system integrations, and digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee IT programs consisting of multiple interrelated projects.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and IT teams to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and timelines across projects within the program.
  • Establish and enforce program governance, processes, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues impacting program success.
  • Ensure IT solutions meet business requirements, compliance standards, and security guidelines.
  • Facilitate collaboration between software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams.
  • Track progress, prepare dashboards, and present updates to senior leadership.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in Agile, DevOps, and IT project management methodologies.
  • Mentor and guide project managers and team members to ensure effective program execution.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience 3 as a Program Manager in IT, managing large-scale technology initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, applications, cloud platforms, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
  • Expertise in project/program management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced IT environment
