Job Overview

We seek a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in North West Delhi, North Delhi. This is a full-time role requiring 1-3 years of work experience. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts that align with our brand identity and client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design software and a passion for producing engaging, aesthetically-pleasing apparel designs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Sketch (Mandatory skill) is essential for creating and editing detailed designs.
  • Skilled in InDesign for producing print-ready layouts and graphics that maintain brand consistency across all media forms.
  • Highly competent in Typography to ensure readability and alignment with the visual style of each project.
  • Adept in Brand Identity Design to develop designs that convey the intended message and tone of the brand.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life through engaging visual content.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the design team to create custom designs that reflect our brand's visual identity and client specifications.
  • Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand before being included in our product line.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure that designs are accurately translated to our finished apparel products.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends to ensure that designs remain fresh and competitive in our dynamic market.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and approaches for current projects.
  • Redesign or update products and marketing materials as needed to align with evolving brand strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict deadlines and high-quality standards.
