Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Market Research
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, Instagram, startup communities, and industry research.
- Study market trends, competitors, and brand needs.
- Understand how social media and digital marketing services are positioned during pitches.
2. Client Communication & Pitching Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and marketing documents.
- Join client meetings and learn pitching and requirement gathering.
- Support in scheduling calls, maintaining communication, and follow-ups.
3. Sales Learning & Deal Support
- Understand the sales pipeline from inquiry to conversion.
- Learn negotiation techniques and objection handling.
- Support senior members during deal closures.
4. Coordination With Internal Teams
- Coordinate with SMMs, designers, editors, and strategists.
- Clearly communicate client requirements internally.
- Assist in managing client expectations and communication flow.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Update lead sheets, CRM tracking systems, and daily reports.
- Maintain a structured database of prospects and communication logs.
- Prepare weekly internal reports on leads and progress.
