Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, Instagram, startup communities, and industry research.
  • Study market trends, competitors, and brand needs.
  • Understand how social media and digital marketing services are positioned during pitches.

2. Client Communication & Pitching Support

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and marketing documents.
  • Join client meetings and learn pitching and requirement gathering.
  • Support in scheduling calls, maintaining communication, and follow-ups.

3. Sales Learning & Deal Support

  • Understand the sales pipeline from inquiry to conversion.
  • Learn negotiation techniques and objection handling.
  • Support senior members during deal closures.

4. Coordination With Internal Teams

  • Coordinate with SMMs, designers, editors, and strategists.
  • Clearly communicate client requirements internally.
  • Assist in managing client expectations and communication flow.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Update lead sheets, CRM tracking systems, and daily reports.
  • Maintain a structured database of prospects and communication logs.
  • Prepare weekly internal reports on leads and progress.
