Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain backend microservices using
    Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
    .
  • Design RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external systems (SIP, CPaaS, TTS/STT APIs, billing, auth).
  • Implement scalable, containerized services using
    Docker + Kubernetes
    .
  • Optimize application performance, security, and reliability for enterprise workloads.
  • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Implement data models, caching, async queues, and distributed processing.
  • Write clean, testable, maintainable code with strong documentation.
  • Participate in code reviews and CI/CD pipeline improvements.

  • Strong proficiency in

  • Solid experience with

  • Understanding of authentication frameworks (JWT, OAuth2).
  • Experience in high-availability, high-concurrency systems.

Good to Have

  • Experience with
    SIP/telephony

    , or any real-time communication systems.
  • Exposure to
    LLM or AI workflows
    (not mandatory but a plus).
  • Experience with distributed logging and monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
  • Knowledge of microservice observability and fault-tolerant patterns.
