Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Production Engineer with knowledge of machining, minimum Exp 5- 10 Years in the field of Stainless Steel and Exotic Fabrication in Pressure Vessel and Heat Exchanger with knowledge in ASME code and all welding Procedure
  • Monitoring the daily production
  • Responsible for making Bar chart
  • Responsible for Machine Maintenance
  • Participate in the production planning
  • Responsible for calculating project lead-time.
  • Decision about manufacturing outsourcing process
  • Prioritize the work orders
  • Resource planning as per the defined standards
  • Maintain cost of operations to the defined level
  • Labor cost to be monitored to the budgeted level
  • Maximum utilization of the utilities
  • Teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Sending Status Reports to Clients with Photos weekly.
  • Introducing new manufacturing practices for efficiency.
